Statistics paint incomplete and partial pictures about penal systems.

PRAJA seeks to reveal the whole picture in all the work it does in the firm belief that that there is more to the story than these statistics!

And what is this whole picture? In addition to low or high incarceration figures, and the extent of overcrowding, there are qualitative figures or factors about prisons and prisoners that are as vital:
